Terms and agreements before booking
These terms and agreements govern the use of Divine Florals services, including the purchase and delivery of floral arrangements. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Products & Services-
Flowers are natural products, and variations in color, size and appearance may occur. Substitutions may be made depending on seasonal availability while maintaining the value and style of your order.
Orders & Payments-
Orders must be placed via website, email or Instagram DM. 50% DEPOSIT within the hour of booking is required to secure ALL order’s. If deposit is not sent within the hour, order will not be secured. The remaining balance of order must be sent 1 day before order date for products only, if an EVENT is booked the remaining balance must be sent 3 days before event date.
Delivery & Pickup-
We deliver to all Houston surrounding areas, additional charges will be made depending on delivery zones. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery. Exact details for delivery drop off should be communicated before delivery date to ensure a smooth delivery. Pickup from our warehouse is available as well from zip-code 77007. Pickup times and address will be sent and discussed after booking.
Cancellations & Refunds-
Product orders cancelled 72 hours before order date may be refunded. Event bookings may only be refunded 96 hours before event date IF no merchandise towards event have been purchased. Last minute cancellations will not have to pay remainder but deposit will be non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please notify us within 1 hour with photographic evidence, we will work out replacements or refunds if we are at fault.
Liability-
All floral’s and products must be handled with the correct care to maintain best quality. We are not responsible to what may happen to arrangements once they are picked up or delivered successfully. Divine Floral’s takes quality photos to document the condition and appearance of the product at the time it leaves our premises. These serve as proof that the product was prepared in accordance with the order details. Any issues or damage caused by third party couriers or recipient handling, are not the responsibility of Divine Floral’s.
